Local 3D printing library

Your print files. One clear library.

Druckarchiv brings the folders you already use into one calm, searchable view. Your structure stays intact, your models stay on your computer.

Your folders stay yours

No import maze. No new cloud library.

Select one folder or several. Druckarchiv reads their subfolders, keeps every source visible and adds the overview that file explorers are missing. Disconnect an external drive and the remaining library still works.

FIND / INSPECT / ACT

01

Find

Search without losing context

Move through nested folders or switch to all files. Search, format filters, favorites and pagination keep large libraries usable.

02

Inspect

Recognize the file before opening it

Local thumbnails and the interactive STL, 3MF and OBJ viewer let you rotate, zoom and pan. Previews can be disabled for maximum speed.

03

Act

Continue in your slicer

Open compatible files in OrcaSlicer, Bambu Studio or PrusaSlicer. The slicers remain separate applications and must be installed.

A library you can actually maintain

Clean up with the real consequences visible.

Druckarchiv can add files, create folders, rename and move entries, or place them in the operating system trash after confirmation. These actions change the selected folders on disk, so the app says exactly what will happen before it happens.

Your archive is not the product.

Folder scanning, previews and duplicate comparison happen on your device. Druckarchiv has no telemetry, user account or model upload. It contacts the official GitHub release channel only to check for signed app updates.

Questions before installing

The short version.

Which formats are enabled by default?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and G-code. Further mesh, CAD and reference formats can be enabled in the library settings.

Does Druckarchiv upload my models?

No. Library scanning, previews and duplicate comparison run locally. The app only connects to the official GitHub release channel for update checks.

What happens when I delete something?

Druckarchiv shows a confirmation and then moves the real file or folder to the operating system trash. It does not maintain a separate cloud copy.

Can I use several library folders?

Yes. Local folders, external drives and other available sources can appear together while remaining individually identifiable.

Does Druckarchiv have a dark mode?

Yes. You can choose a light or dark interface, or let Druckarchiv follow your system setting. The website offers the same three options above.

Is Blender required?

No. STL, 3MF and OBJ previews are rendered directly in the app.

May I use Druckarchiv commercially?

The current standard licence permits unmodified, private, non-commercial use. Please read the full licence terms before downloading.
